2921 with 4FXO can't transfer the call from PBX

Hi guys,

I have a third-party PBX connected to a brand new 2921 with 4FXO. All the phones are registered to this PBX.

When I called the phone on the branches, I was supposed to dial "10", (wait till the call transfer from pbx to voip gateway ) and then dial the extension number (e.g. 6xxx, 7xxx). The voip gateway would transfer the call by the dial-peer over IP WAN.

After I replaced the voice gateway with 2921, the call failed. It sounded like the the call didn't transfer from pbx to 2921 after I dialed "10".

People from the branches could call my phone, and I couldn't call back.

Anyone met the situation like this? I'll be so glad the somebody could give me some hints to solve it.

Hi,

Can you run a "debug voice ccapi inout" on the gateway to see if the call is even making it to the gateway.

Hi,

Just for clarification please..

The current status is people at branches can call ( 8... ) while people at your branch cant call ( 6... ) and ( 7... ). Is that right ???
