I've heard there are such solutions in market, any suggestions? my client doesn't like to read the CDR that CUCM generates, they want a customized, friendly looking one.
thanks.

Yes, there are quite a few. This is one of those applications where you will want to check out a few vendors and try things out. ISI is a company that I usually consider if a customer doesn't have an incumbent product or the incumbent product doesn't support CUCM. They aren't the only one or the best, I have just used them before and they have been providing call accounting solutions for Cisco products for quite some time.

You want a call logger. This takes the CDR feed and turns it into, well, whatever you want.
http://www.tigercomms.com/ produce one that understands CUCM very well.
One of the things you need to be aware of, is that different products "understand" CUCM to different levels. Some will just say "A called B". Others (e.g. Tiger) will pull out every last detail from the CUCM data feed.
Call loggers aren't just about billing - they're one of the many tools you need for trouble-shooting.
