hello,
I'm facing an issue with ipphone 6941 connected on cucm System version: 8.6.2.25900-8 that show me one hour late than the normal time.
phones are loads firmware SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR1. i made an upgrade to the last one SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR2 but still have the same issue.
can someone help me resolve this bug?
NB: i have also phone 7821 connected to the same cucm with no time issue. on cucm ntp service it's working fine and synchronized successfully.

I had several customers that complained last Monday, and I could solve the problem with DST updates for versions 9, 10 and 11 not for a customer that has 8.6

Seems Cisco hasn't made a DST update for 8.6
Anyway, This Monday all should be OK

Not sure if you live in Europe, but install the new DST file
Seems an ongoing issue for Cisco and that almost EACH YEAR!

HI,
I successfully install the last available DST file "ciscocm.dst-updater.2015a-el5-00.8.6.2.cop.sgn"
but still facing same issue. At this point i just have to wait on Monday and see with the new time that would changed on Sunday night.
