7921/7925 Active Load shows Unknown on CUCM 9.1

Hi 

We have few 7921/7925 SCCP phones deployed on CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5. The Active Load shows Unknown for 7921/7925. We can see Active Load info for other handsets. It would be handy if we could see firmware load info under Active Load for 7921/7925.

Current firmware version for 7921/7925 are: CP7921G-1.4.5SR1.3.loads and CP7925G-1.4.5SR1.3.loads.

Any idea why active load shows Unknown for 7921/7925?

I read this discussion earlier before i posted.I dont think that fits to my scenarios as we are on CUCM 9.1 and 7921/7925 are all registered. Still appreciated your response.

Just a thought,do you have latest Device pack loaded on CUCM? for 792X?

As i mentioned in discussion, all 792x handsets are loading latest firmware 1.4.5SR1.3.

Cisco advised this is a known cosmetic issue for many 69xx and 79xx phones under CSCtc10818. But to determine whether phone is running SCCP 17, packet capture is required on CUCM but client decide to not to chase further. That's how we ends.
