7925G wireless phone Extension Mobility

Hello,

We configured 7925G for extension mobility and the user's device profile has 5 extensions. When the user logs to the 7925 only the top 2 lines are displayed and the other 3 do not show up on the 7925 even though we already have the right (modified) phone templates for 7925 with 5 lines. Any idea why.

Is the UDP profile you are logging in with definitely based on 7925 phone or another model?

 

yes, modified the standard 7925 SCCP with 5 lines. It just shows the top two lines but if the user logs to 7962, 7975 phones all the lines are displayed. Also upgraded to the latest firmware 1.4.6.3, no difference.

To clarify - the issue is that - 7925G is supposed to have 6 lines. I am able to modify the standard phone button template and configure 5/6 lines hard set on the phone. But with Extension Mobility when the user logs in, the phone takes only 2 lines even though the configured UDP for the user has 5 Extensions.
