7941 Registration issue

Hi Experts,

I searched the forum for this issue and couldnt find any thing for 7941

phone displaying Registration Rejected: Error DBCo

and the phone load name showing on the phone display is: SCCP 41.8-4-2S

Phone model : 7941G.

Cucm : 6.1.3

status in call manager : unknown

configured type: 7941 sccp

we have cross verified the MAC address, phone model and configuration.

done the factory reset,

Auto registration is disabled

Follow steps to get resolve this issue

Delete unassigned numbers in route report in CUCM

but there is no unassign numbers available for this DN.

R yo using DNS Server.

If so, check DNS server in phone

No DNS server...

additional info

when i check the syslog from RTMT, i found the following error w.r.t my phone

ccm: 138351: Oct 26 08:50:05.234 UTC : %CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-3-TspError: Error in TSP. Port IsoEthPort:0 Port DSL:0 Name of Device:SEP001EF7C3EFCA Cluster ID:StandAloneCluster Node ID:

this is mainly fxo port which is configured. but physically their is no phone is connected. check it..

and if you config. phone in router but not in cucm.. if so, delete conf. and try to conf. in CUCM

I think the Problem is in the phones config.

1. Check what phone model you have 7941G-GE or 7941.

2. Check the model configured on CUCM

If you have selected the wrong phone model  during configuration, the Phone will try to autoregister, because you have disabled autoregister the shown error massage will pop up
