Hi,
I am having an IP telephony set up with CME with Version 4.2(0).The phones are taking the time from the PBX itself.we are having 7942 and 7962 IP Phone models.
The isue is that some of the 7942 and 7962 are showing in correct time and some of them showing correct time.
I checked the Firmware for both (correct and incorect) but are same.I have reset the phones couple of times ..but result is same....
please review the below Sh Telephony service ....
Please help for the same.

Makesure that NTP server is configured and synched using "show ntp status" command. Also, makesure that proper time zones are configured.

Check that you have 'type' correctly configured for all the ephones.

You have to reload IP phone firmware with the same firmware version on all phones (reload phone firmware with your CME router). Hope that help

According to the OP, it's the same firmware already.

I tried with your configuration ......Then I reset all the phones from the Telephony-services.....Then it takes the correct time.
