HI every one,
I have a 7942 all light on and showing blank screen
I checked DHCP server , phone didn't get any IP
Please guide me

Hi Sayed,
Plz make sure that the phone is connected to a good known working port with dhcp and option 150 configured and perform a factory reset. You may watch the following video for factory reset procedure.

Are this phone connected to Cisco Switch? Is switch port configuration is correct? Is phone getting the correct vlan , are you seeing broadcast request
can you please share show run from switch ? and where is DHCP server is configured? share the dhcp config too.
do show cdp neig and show cdp neig detail

thanks for your helping
all configuration of switch and DHCP working good I try another phone on sam port of switch
the problem in the cisco phone it self ,phone not booting , all lights on and balnk screen
