7961G GE Headset Issue

Headset conversations coming through in parallel on the speaker button of the 7961 phones.Any one got any Idea Please share if you have come across this issue

This was how the firmware was written until recently. You can upgrade the firmware to a current release and either it will stop; or, you will get an option on the model-specific settings of the device configuration page to disable that behavior.

The phones are 7961G GE  and the firmware SCCP41.9-1-1SR1S.Which is the upgraded version

This is issue is also happening with Model 7965.

Thanks for your help.It has fixed the issue for 7965 but I have come across with cisco Bug Tool

CSCsz35375.which has mentioned that 7961G GE has build in for this.Once again thanks for your help
