Hello Firends,
I´m working with CUCM, version 6.1.4.1190-3. 7962G file phone is SCCP42.8-4-4S.
I conected 7962G phone at CUCM, but the time (hour) isn´t the same time from CUCM. The diference is one hour between them. What can i do?
Help me please...

Does the device pool you assigned to the phone reference the proper date/time group?

Yes Chris, 7962G phone is the same date/time group than other phones...
Other phones work normally....

Is phone running the default firmware file? Have you tried factory reset on the phone?

If all 7962 have the same problem, and other models work great, this reminds me on this bug:
