Hi,
I have Cisco 7965 phone. I am facing the error on it as attached. How I can get rid of it?

On the phone config page > External Data Locations Information > Idle -- do you have any URL here? If yes, try deleting that and Idle Timer. Then save config, apply config and reset the phone. Default will be taken from Enterprise Parameters > Phone URL Parameters > URL Idle (leave black if not required)
