I have applied all solutions mentioned in your provided link. But I could not get success. Issu.e is still there.

On the phone config page > External Data Locations Information > Idle -- do you have any URL here? If yes, try deleting that and Idle Timer. Then save config, apply config and reset the phone. Default will be taken from Enterprise Parameters > Phone URL Parameters > URL Idle (leave black if not required)
