8861 Bluetooth

I have an CP-8861 IP Phone.

Version sip88xx.12-5-1SR1-4

The Bluetooth option is not is not appearing in any of the menus or settings.

Is it possible that it has been disabled or how can I get it to populate?

Hello,

Assuming that the phone is registered on a CUCM, can you check under "Phone Configuration"-> "Product Specific Configuration Layout" if Bluetooth is enabled?

Thanks so much
Based on the "Active Load" I believe this phone is CUCM.
Active Load is sip88xx.12-5-1SR1-4
If I understand things correctly, the "sip" in the Active Load points
toward CUCM.
Is this correct?

The SIP  denotes the communication protocol of the phone, (it could be SCCP). Have a look on the following post:

If you are not the person who manages your Telephony Enviroment on your organization, then you should contact to your local IT staff to assist you accordingly.

It has to be enabled for the phone. This can be set on the device (phone) level, common phone profile, or enterprise phone configuration sections.
