I'm confused about the video capabilities of the 8861 IP phone. If I connect a call to a video enbled device, shouldn't I see the far end video on the 8861? I do have the Video Enabled option checked in CUCM. Thanks, Mike

I guess you are talking about 8961 phones (not 8861). Cisco 8961 doesnt support video camera or supports streaming video. The nearest model is Cisco 9951/9971 which supports native optional USB video camera. And Cisco 8941 & 8945 have built-in camera and also supports video calling.
I had the same confusion and opened a case with PDI HelpDesk, they confirmed me on this.

No, I am referring to the 8861. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collaboration-endpoints/ip-phone-8861/index.html
I have a 9951 and that works as expected (receives video only).

Might be worth pulling the CallManager traces to see if the 8861 is advertising any support for video in the SDP.
