I cannot initiate a video call with a 9951. The 9951 can display video if the remote side such as a CUPC soft phone initiates a video call but there is no soft key or programmable feature button to initiate a video call. I have loaded 9.0.3 sip-9951 same issue. I have enabled video globally with the enterprise defaults and at the device level.

Hi Chris,
Have you verified that all of your 9951 phones are at the 9.0.3 firmware level? I have seen cases where this could cause problems.

The issue was the firmware the phone some of the phones were on 9.0.1 and others 9.0.2 once we loaded 9.0.3 the issue resolved.
