Dear all,
we have bought FLEX licences for CUCM 14.0. We need to download CUCM locales from Software Central. We suppose, we can do it, becouse FLEX licenses include support. Unfortunatly, once logged in with our smart account, we can't download locale.
May anyone help us dealing with this ?

You can download the Files related to the products your purchased if the support contracts are attached to your profile.Thats how it work with Cisco.
If you are familiar with cisco CCWR you can get the support contract related to flex subscription ID. associate the contract with your profile from https://id.cisco.com/ui/v1.0/profile-ui/home
If you need assistance i would recommend to Reach out to the partner who supplied this order, they can assist you on this.

Talk to the Cisco support. Probably a permission problem, where no one from the community is able to help.
