Adding Line Group using Bulk Admin Tool

Hello Experts,

I am trying to add some line groupes using Bulk admin tool. This is what I do:

1) I export the line groupe and all dependencies using import/export tool. 

2) I untar the tar file and use the linegroup csv file

3) I add line groupe in the csv file and uploade to Bulk admin adn select Importer/Exporter as the target. 

4) I do a validation before importing the file and receive the follwoing error message.

Failure Details :

FileName Error Code Error Description

Record Number 1 Record does not match the fileformat selected

Result Summary :

VALIDATE for 0 Records passed.

Am I doing anything wrong?

The last shared csv file comes from an export of the line groupe from CUCM 12.5 and includes all the modifications provided by you guys.

Try with this.

You had the line wrongly formatted. There is a semi-colon after "Try next member" and before the "next".

Thank you Roger for your help. The import seems to be successful, but the final result is an error. I am attaching the file I am using with the corrections you indicated.

As you can see the semi colon (;) is included in the CUCM config page.

The file does not seem to have the semi-colon in the 3 fields where it should be.

Sorry sent you the wrong csv file. This is the one I used and received the below error message.

There are errors in the file. Look at it from position 19 and forward.

Those 3 fields should be "Try next member; then, try next group in Hunt List", with the double quotes and semi-colon between member and then.
