I have a problem with a 7960 phone whereby an additional line configured on the device does not light up when it is in use.
other lines on this device do light up when in use and i can't see anything different amongst the settings of the lines that do light up and the one that doesn't light up.
we're on CUCM v8

Hi there,
Is this new line a "Shared" line/DN with another device? If so,
you might want to check the Max Calls - Busy Trigger on the
line DN config pages for both devices

yes it is a shared line.
the line is set o max calls - 4
busy trigger - 2
on both devices.
