Aditional language for NME-CUE 3.0.4, where to find files??

I have a unity module NME-CUE, the language installed by default is english but I need Voicemail Mexican Spanish version.

as far as I know I need the follwing files:

cue-vm-lang-pack.3.0.4.pkg

cue-vm-es_MX-lang-pack.3.0.4.prt1

cue-vm-es_MX-upg-lang-pack.3.0.4.prt1

I could find just the second one in the following link

where can I get the other two left files??

Hi Filiberto,

The "only" files you need to add should be;

cue-vm-lang-pack.3.0.4.pkg

and

cue-vm-es_MX-lang-pack.3.0.4.prt1

The first file is available in the same area you linked, but just further down the page. I just looked in the CUE 3.0.4 Section of the Software Downloads and it is there :)

Thanks for your response.You are right

I have already downloaded the files required but I have some errors when I tried to add the files.I attached the file where the messages displayed

How Can I go further in the installation procedure in order to add mexican spanish language ??

Can you please re-try using the steps detailed in the attached docs;

Use this command to download files for an add-on installation, such as for installing additional language files.

Examples

The following is an example of the commands required to install a new add-on Danish language package version to the CUE software on the NME-CUE.

se-10-16-0-0# software install download server url ftp://10.16.0.1/cue-vm.3.0.pkg

se-10-16-0-0# software install add cue-vm-da_DK-langpack.nme.3.0.1.prt1

Thanks again for your time, finally I could add the second language.

the correct command is:

CUE-192-168-7-2# software install add url ftp://192.168.0.1/cue/cue-vm-langpack.nme.3.0.4.pkg

is not necessary the second command; in the process the second file is get.

CUE-192-168-7-2# sh software ver

Installed Plug-ins:

- CUE Voicemail Language Support 3.0.0.0

- CUE Voicemail Mexican Spanish 3.0.0.0 :-)

- CUE Voicemail US English 3.0.0.0

CUE-192-168-7-2#

thanks a lot, based on your post i was finally able to install additional languages.

actually the cisco documentation is really confusing. they do not clearly mention to download the .pkg and additional language packs .prt1 files and put them in one ftp directory.
