After applying the device pack for CUCM 9.1 in order to be able to register an 8811 phone, only at the 7965 model, the missed, placed, received calls directories don't show any information, other models yes.
When selecting missed or received or placed calls it shows at the bottom of the display, select service.
I have restarted the cluster and is doing the same, tried to upgrade firmware for this model and the device pack has the lastest one.
Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks Aman, after adding 0 to Idle Timer (seconds) option, now I can see the missed calls, however, if I try received or placed calls, it keeps showing "Select Service" at the bottom of the display.
Any suggestion?

Hi,
this could be due to some other bug.If possible, can u try de-grading one of the 7965 and check.
what is the existing firmware for 7965 now?
