Answering calls on non shared extensions

We just installed some phones in a small office and they had the ability to dial a prefix along with an extension with their old system to answer another persons phone. Is this possible with CUCM 7.1.5?

Yes that is called call pickup and fully described in the manual.

In my opinion, one of the least professional ways to propery attend calls.

Your example would use Group Call Pickup but there are others as well
