Hello,
Basically I have an existing hunt group that consists of all CP-8841 and CP-7965 telephones which use an assigned button to log in and out. Is it possible to add an analog gateway extension to the group and have it set up to log in and out with an access code? I keep seeing *3 and #3 listed as access codes for this but where is that assigned? Is it in the call manager or the gateway or both?
Thanks
Dale Shew

The identifier is your choice. Most people just label their servers 1 - N, and whichever you one you want to start with.
E.g.,
sccp ccm 10.1.1.10 identifier 1 ; pub sccp ccm 10.1.1.11 identifier 2 ; sub 1 sccp ccm 10.1.1.12 identifier 3 ; sub 2 ! sccp ccm group 1 associate ccm 3 priority 1 ; sub 2 first associate ccm 2 priority 2 ; sub 1 second associate ccm 1 priority 3 ; pub third !

Thanks Jamie,
I've found where I have to assign the SCCP parameters in my VG-310 to get this working but I'm not sure where to find the Call Manager identifier number. Do you know where that is?

You don't configure anything on CUCM for this.
