We recently moved our site in the UK to another facility. The prior facility had a dedicated pots line for their fax. At the new facility we chose not to port the pots. Instead assign an extension on ATA. The only device we could get is the newest ATA187. When trying to apply the firmware to the router, it doesn't seem to want to take.
Anybody know if the newer device is not compatible with older versions of CME/CUE? Ours is 3.2
Thanks to everybody in advance.

Hello Ross,
The ATA 187 is not compatible with CME 3.2, take a look on CME 3.2 Compatibility matrix, only ATA 186 and 188 are compatible with this CME version!

ATA 187 is compatible with CME 9.0
