Auto attendant pick up

I have multiple auto attendants running on version 8.6.1 of CUCM. They all pick up half way through the first ring. Could someone point me in the right direction for instructions on changing the pickup time so caller ID will show?

Thank you

Are your auto attendants built in Unity connection, UCCX, something else?

If UCXN is it SIP integration?

What's the PSTN connectivity? I'm guessing FXO if you're worried about caller ID showing after the first ring.

voice-port 0/0/0

caller-id enable

If that doesn't get it, there are additional commands here:

Could explain wgmhy would a delay on the pickup cause caller id to show?

Generally speaking you cant impose a delay on a call handler from ansewering your call.
