Try to restart the DRS services, or delete and reconfig the backup from scratch

what are the step for restart the DRS services?
if i am going to restart the service it may effect the our Call manager?
If iam going to restart the service it may ask Credentional ?which username &password i use?

Hi,
to restart the DRS service:
1) In http://<CUCM IP Addr>/ccmservice
2) In Tools > Control Center - Network Services
3) Restart the 'Cisco DRS Master' and 'Cisco DRS Local' services
These restart does not affect CUCM ... only the backup service.
To access the http://<CUCM IP Addr>/ccmservice you need the same user/password of the http://<CUCM IP Addr>/ccmadmin
Hope this helps

Hello Marcelo
thank you for information
if we are going upgrade CUCM 9.1.1 to 9.2.1 ,i need upgrade os level also(vmware)
how can i do this,,,,,?,if we are upgrade administrator level(CUCM application),,,It Should be replicate Publisher & subscraber?
kindly help ,,,,,,,,

When you say, "i need upgrade os level also (vmware)" what exactly you mean by this. Since you will only be upgrading from CM 9.1.1 to 9.1.2 (you want to write I believe) it will be treated as normal L2 upgrade (Linux to Linux) and does not require any change at the OS level since both these versions use RHEL5.
If you will be upgrading publisher, you will need to upgrade all the subscribers as well in the cluster and then perform the switch version one by one starting from publisher. You cannot achieve this through replication.

I STRONGLY suggest you review the CUCM upgrade guide before any further questions, all you need to know regarding the procedure is there, and should have been your first step if you're planning to upgrade the system.
