Is there a way to BAT in the users primary extension No? I am using the Update Users BAT and have populated the primary extension field but when I go to users in CCM i still have to manually associate the primary extension.

Kind regards,

Stafford

I had a similar issue a few months ago. After the update failed I manually set a users primary extension and then exported that user via BAT. You will see in the primary extension field that it is a combination of the DN and the partion. So if the DN was 1000 and the partition name that 1000 is in is "internal" the primary extension field is looking for the format of "1000 in internal" without the quotation marks.

I came across this issue today and your answer was spot on! Thanks
