hi all,IP Telephony and Phones, CUCM, IP Phones and Accessories
i have 2 IP phones 8845 with CUCM 12, 1 of them is running BLF successfully with show (monitor) user status if he bussy or available, i can know from red or green icon for user`s no.
the problem is the second IP phone it dos not show the correct BLF status, its show only black status not red or green like above one.
any suggestions?

Hi there
pls check “Protocol Specific Information" and under SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space you have set a valid CSS

Your missing the Subscribe CSS on the second picture. Without this BLF does not work since it cannot see the directory numbers partition(s).

Please provide screenshots of the BLF configuration of both phones and also of the devices itself from CM.

You need to provide information from the device page further down on the page. The part that you have shared now has no correlation with BLF.

I have 2 questions
- how to change subscribe css for all user instead of change one by one ?
- some time status for user turn black then back to red, why ?

On the first question, you would do that via a bulk update of the devices. For the second question I don’t think that I ever have seen this, so not sure what’s up with this for you.

As Roger mentioned, Bulk update in CUCM. Update all devices, run the query based on device, device pool etc.
For the second issue, try resetting all the affected phones and give a shot
