BLF for Call Pickup Not working - CUCM 7.1.5

Hi ,

I have Call manager 7.1.5 setup.

I have setup a Call Pickup Group " RECEPTION_PICKUP"

The Main Reception extension is 21500 which is Line 1 on a 7941 Phone and has the call pickup group configured.

I have 3 other phones with there own lines configured on Line 1 , 21580, 21590, 21591. All of these lines have the RECEPTION_PICKUP pickup group configured.

I have setup the 2nd line oon all of the above phones as a BLF-SD button with the following parameters:

Destination:21500

Label: Reception

Label Ascii: Reception

Call Pickup: Ticked

When I call the Number the Pickup Message appears at the bottom of the screen on the phone as the Pickup is setup to alert "Audio and Visual"

The BLF never allows the pickup of the line though and does not light up.

I have created the same setup in our 8.6.2 LAB environment and it works?

Any help Greatly appreciated.

Thanks

David

Have you set the subscribe CSS on the phoned with the BLF? Also check that they are in the same presence group or if not that inter presence group service parameter is set to allow between groups.
