BLF SD... red light is always on!!!

Dear Team,

The BLF-SD light is always on one IP phone only. All the others are woking fine.

Tried rebooting/reseting/reconfiguring the IP Phone, still no avail.

Also the symbol on the IP Phone is a little different.

Usually the symbol is a Phone on top of the Speed Dial symbol.

Here its like - SpeedDial -> Phone -> and then there is "x" inside the phone.

Have any of you faced this issue before.

Do Not Disturb is turned on for that DN.
