Hi all
Is there any ways to block malicious calls from PSTN ?
We use CM10.5 with Gateway protocol MGCP

Thanks but This method does not work with MGCP i just read it.
are there any solution?

In case of MGCP gateway, you can configure translation pattern in CUCM to block the call.

It actually does. The first of the two methods mentioned in the post (translation profile) does not, but the second method of using translation patterns on inbound calls does. Please read the post all the way through.
And, for the record, I have use the second method to block inbound calls with an MGCP gateway so I know for a fact that it works.
