Hello,
We are having an issue where if a caller blocks their caller ID the inbound call is not routed. I have tested it myself by using *67 and dialing into my desk. I get a few seconds of silence then the call drops. The calling party name is anonymous and the calling number shows N/A. I get the end result of unallocated or unassigned number. The call hits CUCM as it is logged in CDR. So I'm at a routing issue but i don't know what. I can place a call again without the *67 and the call routes as desired. What stops the call based on the callers number from routing?
Thank you

Then you need to follow this post for how to allow calls with no ANI to be processed. Blocking Calls Based on Calling Party ID

Do you have a setup for inbound calls from PSTN to route based on calling number?

We do have some numbers setup to block them from inbound calling but thats all i know of.

We had all of those steps in place, the script was the final fix. Once that was applied the calls with blocked caller id started coming through.
Thank you!

Look for the "Reject Anonymous Calls" checkbox on the DN configuration page.
Is that ISDN circuit interacting with CUCM using MGCP or a SIP Trunk? If it is a SIP Trunk, also check the "Anonymous Call Block" setting on the SIP Profile. I can't remember if there is a similar setting on an MGCP gateway configuration page, but there could be.
