Boss/Secretary on CUCM 8.5

Hi voice team!

I would like a simple configuration that:

- The secretary answer all calls with destination to her boss;

I did the BFL configuration and it is working, right now I need one more funcionality above.

Hi,

You can use shared line between Boss and Secretary and have busy trigger to say 4. This may fulfill your requirments.

Shared Line is the easiest and fulfils 99% of such requirements.

Yeah.. most of my customers either:

1) Do a shared line

or

2) Call-forward-all the manager to the secretary, and give the secretary a BLF for the manager's line. Set the 'Call Forward Override' service parameter to true so that the secretary can transfer calls to and call the manager directly (bypassing the CFA).

IPMA is too complicated in terms of config/support and training for most customers.
