Bulk Administration Using A Custom FIle - Error "Unmapped Exception Nu

Hi There,

Looking for a bit of help. Our organisation are running CUCM version 12.5.1.13900-152. 

On Friday I was testing out the bulk administration tool as we have a lot of phones on the system where we need to update the Location information for the phones. 

I was able to successfully create the text file required for this and upload the file and run the job successfully via the job scheduler and everything seemed to be working ok (the phones changed location on the test ones I used) Today however when I have tried this I run through the whole process and when I check the Job Scheduler this runs successfully but none of the phones locations actually update. One thing I have noticed is that in the log file for this the "Set Values" are showing blank so I assume this is why nothing is actually changing but I am not sure what has actually caused this as I am following the exact same procedure for the test ones I did? 

Another thing I noticed is when I click on Bulk Admin - Phones - Update Phones - Custom File I see an error message up the top left "Unmapped Exception Null" so I assume this has something to do with this as well. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for this one?

No as such a direct answer to your question but why are you setting the location on the device itself and not letting it inherit from the device pool? In general it is advisable to not set anything on the lower side if it can be avoided as then there are so many more number of entities that needs to be altered if/when you need to modify something.

Have you tried using a different browser to see if you still get the unmapped exceptional error on the web page?
