Hello, I have a CME 7.1 with fourteen 7911 ip phones and four 4942 phones.

When I place a call from any phone it gets a busy tone at random times, and I need to call several times to the same number until the call goes through.

Does anyone has experienced that?

Hi Julio,

The debugs provided earlier shows the call attempted to route from dial peer 10, which is a POTS dial peer.
However, in this working working, it selects dial peer 1, which is a VoIP dial peer.

Clearly, the called party is different so it uses different dial peers. So, the working debugs provided above are not relevant to our scenario.

Could you please provide the following:
1. How are you communicating with the provider? PRI or FXO or SIP Trunk?
2. Output if "show isdn status"?
3. The dial peer to the provider which should be selected.

Hi Jagpreet,

I´m communicating with provider using SIP Trunk, regarding "show isdn status" this command is not allowed on my CME.

Today I started having issues with incoming calls, and I realized that when calling from any internal extension to 3001 (Autoattendant extention) or 3000 (Voicemail extention) I get the same error message on debug

Cause Value=41, Tag=0x0, Call Entry(Previous Disconnect Cause=0, Disconnect Cause=41)

For dial autoattendant it is used dial peer 1

Error code 41 is related with network connectivity issue, but I can ping 192.168.6.253 which is Unity Express IP address, I can even log into Unity Express with no problem, so I´m not sure if I´m getting network problem or what the issue is, why it disconnects when it uses VoIP dial peers.

Have you ever seen anything like this?

i have install elastix pbx ...... i have put the sip frameware in cisco 7940 when i start my elastix server the smart phone communication is goes well but when i try to call from smartphone to cisco 7940 communication not working but when i try to call from cisco 7940 to smart phone is show (reorder) help will be apreciated

Hi, I found that every time the call gets the busy tone there is 41 code on logs, which indicates temporary network failure:

Jul 17 15:20:00.043: //254/9F11465D82DE/CCAPI/cc_api_call_disconnect_done:
Disposition=0, Interface=0x6623758C, Tag=0x0, Call Id=254,
Call Entry(Disconnect Cause=41, Voice Class Cause Code=0, Retry Count=0)

Does anybody knows what can be the cause for this error?

Hi, External calls are the ones that get the busy tone when dialing from internal IP phones, sometimes it works at the second attempt, some other times I need to try even 5 times or more. Thanks for your reply.
