The client has Cisco  C2911-CME-SRST/K9-2911 Voice Bundle

Currentlt they are having about 10 users/phone , but they would like to upgrade to support 50 users,

Can someone guide me on the exactly license procedure for the CME Router and phone Device ,

Hi,

You can opt for E-delivery option .Above that these are just paper license.

You can also speak to Cisco AM for more clarification.
