Hi
We have Cisco Call Manager 10.5 and we have confronted with a problem recently. If we handle a second call and then disconnect it, the first call some how hangs and resume button disappears and it will totally disconnect after few seconds. How can it happen?
Thank You

You need to provide more details:
Are the phones registered to cucm/cme? version? Phone models involved?
What is the exact call flow? Is it happening for internal as well as external calls?

Yes, we use CIPC 8.6.5.
It usually happens while the first call is external and the second call is internal. While disconnecting the internal call the external call hangs and then drops.

This would require you to collect the detailed callmanager service traces for a test call using the procedure mentioned here

Also, if you can enable debugs on the router through which call comes in it can help to see if anything happens with the PSTN leg of the call between router and external caller ( you need to provide details of call flow, which protocol is involved ).
