Hello guys!
On a CUCM 9.1, the CFNA to a Translation Pattern that routes to an external phone number or the CFNA that routes directly to an external phone number are not working. The CSS have the corresponding Partitions in order to be able to make the call. What else should be verified?
Thanks in advanced!

There can only be two issues..
1. The CFNA destination doesnt match a valid route pattern
2, The CFNA CSS doesnt have access to the correct Route Pattern
On the xlation pattern
its similar the CSS on the CFNA doesnt have access to the PT of xlation pattern
or the CSS on the xlation pattern doesnt have access to the partition of the route pattern.

Just to give more information guys, this CUCM was upgraded form 8.6.2 to 9.1.1a. After the upgrade, the Transfers were not working so the parameteer CFA CSS Activation Policy was set to With Activating Device/Line CSS in order to Transfers start to work again. Does this might be part of problem?

Thanks for the reply! The CFNA destination is a Translation Pattern. The Translation Pattern is working as intended since if it is dialed it will call as intended to the PSTN phone assigned to it. Also the CFNA CSS is set as the same as the Line CSS and the Translation Pattern CSS.
CFA is working but the CFNA are not.
Thanks again for reply!

What CSS Model are you using? Is it Device/Line CSS model. IS your PSTN access configured at the Device Level or Line CSS. Is the CFA css same as the CFNA CSS

I tried all the CSS models, but right now is System Default. The CFA CSS is same as the CFNA CSS. What do you refer to about PSTN access? Thanks again!

This is sounding a little strange. If the CFA CSS is the same as CFNA CSS, and the CFA destination-pattern is the same pattern as the CFNA..Then something is wrong and weird..
So what happens when you try a CFNA call..do you get busy tone?
If you cant find anything wrong then the only thing left is to collect cucm traces

Problem solved. The situation was the following: on the Translation Pattern I had to set the Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask parameter in order to be able to route the call to the PSTN. Thanks for your support!
