The number is correctly?

The number is correct...

Internal call forward is working but call forward to PSTN |mobile|  is not working...

Your destination-pattern destination-pattern 71[349]. is improperly formatted which will cuase this error (I know I've been there :-))

The syntex needs to be 71[3,4,9].

can you post the output of debug voice ccapi inout and your try to forward the call to cell phone number.

actually, we are using E1-CAS and debug isdn q931 is not supported, and when i used [terminal monitor | debug voice ccapi inout] commands ...strange..no output..

Mario inside the Directory Number the CSS of Call Forward All has the permission to reach cell phones numbers route pattern?
