Call forwarding not working of jabber client

Hi

User is trying to set call forward on his jabber client but getting below error.

Can someone please suggest on this?

The first question I'd ask is if the CallForwardAll CSS is set properly on the DN. Does the DN have a CallFowardAll CSS that includes the desired target?

Yes callforwardall css set correctly. As user is forwarding call to his mobile number,css set to international.

Can you please share a screenshot of the call forward settings on the directory number? And can you please do a DNA to check that the CSS has reachability to pass the call to the mobile number?

Please find attached screenshot of line configuration. Also in DNA its giving error as Blockthis pattern. Could you please guide how should I troubleshoot further.

When you test with the DNA, are you testing with the SIP_PHX_INTERNATIONAL_CSS as the CSS used? Call forward all will not use the line CSS.

Are you certain they are entering a valid (for your install) call forward number? You can test by manually entering the number in the Destination box of the Forward All line.
