Hi,
i registered a Cisco 7811 ip phone with CME 10.5, i can't get call pickup working i did the config bellow
telephony-service
max-ephones 20
max-dn 20
ip source-address 10.10.10.1 port 2000
service directed-pickup gpickup
max-conferences 8 gain -6
transfer-system full-consult
create cnf-files version-stamp Jan 01 2002 00:00:00
voice register dn 3
number 9773
allow watch
pickup-call any-group
pickup-group 10
voice register dn 18
number 9785
allow watch
pickup-call any-group
pickup-group 10
when i want to pickup call, i clic on "PickUp button" on 7811, i get busy tone and on "GPickUp", it asks me to enter extension when i do it simply rings this extension like a standard call

can you please configure under the telephony service

call-park system application
no create cnf
create cnf
do the testing let me know if this help
