Calling in to call manager to make calls remotely

As we continue to migrate away from Avaya and to CUCM 11.5, the question came up if there's a way to dial into CUCM to allow associates to make calls remotely? The situation is someone working from home needs to call internationally. They call the PBX and get authenticated, then they can call using the PBX at work.

The Avaya used the SNR feature (called ec500) to "authenticate" the user. If the caller ID matched the user's RD, then you'd get a 2nd dialtone where you can make calls.

Does this functionality exist on CUCM?

Thanks. Your link mentioned h.323 and we do have an ISR 4431 - does that change how to configure the mobile voice access?

It does. MVA utilizes VXML and ISR-4000 routers do not support this. You need to use a ISR-G2 if you want to utilize this. Another option you can look into if you have to use ISR-4k is Virtualized Voice Browser -

This is a relatively new product. I would check 11.6 version and see if it supports MVA or not.
