I am experiencing strange problem with CUCM behaviour. I had a hunt pilot with number 7777 which didn't work correctly. So we removed that number and hunt pilot, and recreated with the same configuration. After this actions we cannot call to this number. Even I have deleted hunt list, and associated this number with my IP Phone, incoming calls doesn't work. From IP phone I can do outbound calls to wherever.
1. Route plan report shows that this number is DN associated with my phone, nothing else.
2. RTMT can not see calls to this number.

Can you try the Dialed Number Analyzer (https://CUCMIPAddress/dna) and check the outcome?
