2811, 2851, 3825, 3845 Support 36-56 FXO ports but as they are end of sale, following routers can be procured from ISR G2 range.
2951, 3925, 3945, 3925E, 3945E support from 40-64 FXO ports in single router.
Checkout their individual data sheets for further details ( part code etc ).
Pls rate the post if it helps.

DSP Calculator can give you a good hint of which module/card to use to achieve required capacity with given router model. http://www.cisco.com/web/applicat/dsprecal/dsp_calc.html
3945E can have 60 FXO ports with following card combinations on the chassis.

It is not a good idea to fit so many FXO circuits in a router. It comes out very costly and complicated. Have these converted to PRI by telco.
