Dear All

Does any one know about 2N GSM gateway integration with CUCM 8X? What I am looking for is the integration using FXO /FXS / VG224 port.

GSM gateway used by Customer which currently connects to Siemens PBX using RJ11:  http://www.2n.cz/en/products/gsm-gateways/analog/easygate/

I have found that there is another GSM gateway from the same company that can be connected to CUCM as a SIP device (http://www.2n.cz/en/products/gsm-gateways/voip/voiceblue-next/) But I am looking for a way to connect the existing

2N® EasyGate analog GSM gateway to CUCM using FXS/FXO/VG224 port.

Many Thanks

Joseph J

Hi Joseph

Looking at the box you quoted the interface is :-

Phone interface

  • Type of interface
2-wire analog. FXS (for phone or CO line of PBX)

This means you will need to use an FXO (2 wire) on the Cisco CUCM side.

I have seen many similar setups in th UK called MOBEX

You will need to create a gateway H323/MGCP where the FXO resides.

You will need to know the access codes/routes and what digits to send to the easygate.
