The directions talk about how to setup VisualVoicemail in a HA enviroment(multiple servers), but can it work with multiple Unity Connection clusters on the same CUCM cluster?
Well, the service has to be named VisualVoicemail and technically you can have more than one service with the same name pointing to different clusters via DNS or Load Balancer, but I dont think you can load balance across multiple UCON cluster as I would think the user would need to be homed to the cluster you are pointing to.
