Cannot login to CUCM admin page but can login CUCM via SSH

Dear ALL

Now I have issue about I cannot login CUCM admin page but I have a User for login OS admin and SSH to CUCM.

How can I create user or anything for access web admin page?

Hi,

If web page not accessible then restart cisco tomcat service from cucm cli.

utils service restart Cisco Tomcat

Then access https://<ip add cucm> (In Mozilla and Internet explore does not support on crome)

Then enter your application user credential which are configured during installation.

do you actually get the page at all?  does it just show invalid user/password?

Do you get the login window or the page do not open
