I have a user that has no data when I run a CDR department report. I noticed they did not have an owner user id associated. So I went into CCM and associated the user. However, there is no data when I run the report again. Will I be able to get this report out or does this association only work going forward?

Hi there,
With changes like this in relation to CDR/CAR the update will not
be retroactive. So the user data will not be collected prior to the change
being implemented
