CDR Search

Just a quick one - recently went to CUCM 8.02 from 4.1(3) - how does one search for calls in the database - MS-SQL allowed native queries - now I'm lost. Thanks in advance.

Hi

In 6.x+ there is no CDR DB - CDRs go into text files, and get exported to a billing server.

You can enable 'CAR' (CDR Access and Reporting) from Service Activation, and use that (http://cmip/car) to report/search.

Once it's enabled, you can also search the CAR DB for CDR using some of the 'run sql' commands listed here:
