Dear Experts,
I am trying to figure it out why I am not able to set call forward on my 7911 connected to CCUM 10.x I have 7945 on which CFwdALL is working fine, but on 7911 no luck. Checked both extensions and same settings. I would like to forward call to cell phone. Thank You,

Hello,
It says "Your call cannot be completed as dial ..... "

"Your call cannot be completed as dial" is an Annunciator message which tell either the number dialed is not correct which means it does not match any pattern in your CUCM or the CSS you are using does not have partition to the pattern you are trying to match.
so again check for CSS on DN page
check the link for detail.

Hi Adam,
Generally when you see these type of issues they are related to the Call Forwarding CSS that is set for the specific devices. Wherin one has a full access CFWD CSS and one has a restricted CFWD CSS.
Configure Calling Search Space for Call Forwarding
Cheers!

It should work, just check CSS at call forward setting on line page, this CSS should have access of route pattern where from call go out to cell phone.
What message you get when you put call forward all at phone and make call to that phone ?
Is this issue with one or two phones or with all 7911 phones ?
