Hi All
Hope someone can provide me the answer to this...
We are looking at purchasing a Ciso 1861(E) router for a very small Branch office, but we are not sure whether to go for the E version or not.
I have 2 questions, but cannot find the documents anywhere on the cisco site.
1. What is the latest version of Unity Express you can install on the 1861 Router? We run 8.0 on the NME CUE's round the rest of the company
2. Will the 1861E work with Communications 6.1.2
We need to make a decision as to which one to purchase, but Not had much like finding the answers.
Thanks in advance
Simon

If you need a small voice system, have you considered the UC5x0 instead? The 1861 does not sell in big numbers.

Hi Simon,
Here are some good docs related to your questions
Table 13. Cisco Unity Express: Hardware Requirements for Cisco 1861
Cisco Unity Express Versions
1.1.x | 2.0.x | 2.1.x | 2.2.x | 3.0.x | 7.0.x | 7.1.x | 8.x
2.3.x | 3.2.x | |||||||

Cisco SRST is not dependent on Cisco CallManager versions, but phone loads.
